Formerly hosted across the street at the site of the Fairfield Hills Asylum, this year’s course promises to push even the most formidable racers to their limits.

Set on a hillside with plenty of elevation changes and tricky off-camber turns, this course is a true leg burner, guaranteed to test your skills and endurance. The 2nd Company Governor’s Horseguard, in service since 1808 and one of the last active cavalry militia units in the United States, adds a unique historical backdrop to this thrilling event. As troopers perform mounted military drills and patrols, and with their special needs riding program in full swing, you’ll race in a place where tradition meets the excitement of modern cyclocross.
